4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real time.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues

Stealthy Air Official is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier confirms successful delivery. However, if you receive your order damaged or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Take clear photos of the damaged shipping box and the hardware for verification.

Refund & Return Policy

1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened and Unused: Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations regarding consumable vape products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

  • Original Packaging: The product must be in its original, sealed manufacture packaging, including all outer plastic wraps and scratch-off verification labels intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase from https://stealthyairdisposable.com.

3. Hardware Defects & Warranty

If you receive a defective device (e.g., a dead battery straight out of the box, a faulty smart display, or a non-functional activation button), you are fully covered.

  • Defective hardware must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please record a short video demonstrating the issue (showing the device failing to fire or draw) and email it to our customer care team along with your order number.

  • Upon verification, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund for the defective item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us through our official customer support email. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.

  • If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank  to process and post the refund to your account.
